Ingredients

1 bowls soya chunks
2 tbsp hung curd
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli
2 tsp schzewan sauce
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp rice flour
1 tsp mustard oil
2 tsp for dip : hung curd
2 tsp eggless mayo
2 pinch garlic paste
1 tsp dry oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Directions
Take a soya chunks dip in water for 5 hours.
After soaked par boil for 2 minutes drain water and cool them.After cool soya chunks squeeze.
Take a mixing bowl put all ingredients and mix then add soya chunks mix and marinated for 5 hours.
After 5 hours take a grill stick and ready chunks for grilling.
Then oven pre heat in 10 minutes for 180 degree then set soya chunks in pre heated oven grill at 180 degree for 20 to 25 minutes.
Then take a bowl add dip ingredients mix and serve with grilled Soya Chunks.
