Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowls soya chunks


  • 2 tbsp hung curd


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli


  • 2 tsp schzewan sauce


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tsp rice flour


  • 1 tsp mustard oil


  • 2 tsp for dip : hung curd


  • 2 tsp eggless mayo


  • 2 pinch garlic paste


  • 1 tsp dry oregano


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes

Directions

  • Take a soya chunks dip in water for 5 hours.
  • After soaked par boil for 2 minutes drain water and cool them.After cool soya chunks squeeze.
  • Take a mixing bowl put all ingredients and mix then add soya chunks mix and marinated for 5 hours.
  • After 5 hours take a grill stick and ready chunks for grilling.
  • Then oven pre heat in 10 minutes for 180 degree then set soya chunks in pre heated oven grill at 180 degree for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Then take a bowl add dip ingredients mix and serve with grilled Soya Chunks.
